The guide was wonderful - knowledgeable and good personality. I was only English speaker but she made sure i understood explanations. I would gladly go with her again. You should explain in advance that a two-hour tour generally takes 3 hours. 1/2hour to gather guests and 1/2 hour to return guests — maybe more because you cannot control Bapoli traffic. Tour company responded quickly to messages, helped us with booking and opened spots on the tour to accomodate for our last day in Napoli. Your guide Rafaella was amazing, full of knowledge, friendly and easily approachable. Tour bus was clean, in great condition.
