The tour was amazing. The guide was funny and knowledgeable. I would HIGHLY recommend them. The only negative was being asked in front of the entire group to pay the balance in cash only (which was not disclosed when booked). I would have preferred to pay in full online but wasn't given that option. That was uncomfortable and a little embarrassing but the guide made up for it.

Excellent service. Prompt, even early, at our hotel to take us to Pompei. In fact we were the only passengers so it was like having a private driver and he was a good, careful driver too. Definitely recommend Pompei-Shuttle.

We went twice with the shuttle to Pompei, and one private tour to Ercolano and Oplontis. It was a very good experience, everything on time, really good!
